Welsh Sullivan Group Assisting the NBAA with the Blocked Aircraft Registration Request (BARR) Program Issues.
The Welsh Sullivan Group has been assisting the NBAA in an attempt to resolve recent issues raised by Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood concerning participation in the BARR program.
The NBAA is actively working this issue and have met with DOT officials in an attempt to resolve this matter.
